Easy. Call us at (316) 217-1625 or email customerservice@englishrentals.net. We’ll arrange to swap your old cart for a brand-new English Rentals 96-gallon cart at your address — usually within 3 business days. Carts branded by other companies cannot be emptied by our drivers, so the swap matters.
Residential rates are based on your address and how often you need pickup (weekly is standard). Call (316) 217-1625 or request a quote online and we’ll give you an exact monthly rate in one conversation — no contracts, no setup fees, just the rate. Billing is monthly, due on the 1st.
No. We aim to earn your business every month through quality service rather than long-term commitments. Start, pause, or stop service any time. If a balance is owed at cancellation, you’re charged through the date of cancellation only.
Your pickup day is based on your address. Have the cart curbside by 5:00 AM on your scheduled service day. Pickup times can vary throughout the day based on routes, traffic, and weather. We send email and text alerts for holidays and weather delays.
For driver safety and environmental reasons: no household hazardous waste (paint, pesticides, motor oil, batteries), no construction debris or remodeling waste (we have roll-offs for that), no hot embers or flammable materials, no rocks/bricks/concrete, no medical waste or sharps, no lithium-ion batteries from phones/laptops/power tools, and no automotive parts or tires. Payments are due on the 1st of the month. We accept ACH bank draft and debit cards with no surcharge, plus credit cards with a 4% processing fee. Online billing portal available for paperless statements and auto-pay setup. To save the surcharge, we recommend bank draft or debit.
Same-day and next-day deliveries are usually possible if you call before noon. Reserve as far in advance as you can during weekends, holidays, and storm-cleanup periods, but a call to (316) 217-1625 is the fastest way to confirm availability for an urgent job.
